Infinite Family CARES works to reduce barriers to food access by sharing reliable distribution information, connecting households with community food resources, supporting outreach events, and coordinating donated food and essentials when available.

How We Help

• Share current information about food pantries, meal sites, and community distributions

• Help eligible households understand SNAP food-assistance applications through DCF ACCESS

• Coordinate or support food distributions and resource events with community partners

• Connect seniors, veterans, people with disabilities, caregivers, and families with appropriate resources

• Provide information in accessible, community-friendly formats when possible

Before Visiting a Distribution

Dates, hours, locations, eligibility requirements, and available quantities may change. Contact the distributing organization before traveling whenever possible. Food and supplies are available only while inventory lasts.
